Valentine Gift Guide for Her

Before I became a stay-at-home mom, I spent five years in the classroom teaching. It was a very hard and demanding job, and I know first hand how nice it is to feel appreciated by parents. So, I always try to send in a little something for Willa’s teacher each holiday to let her know how much I value what she does for our girl.

When I taught, I was overloaded with chocolate candy on Valentine’s Day. So, I have linked seven gift ideas that are affordable and thoughtful for a teacher, or any gal in your life! I know lots of people have started celebrating Galentine’s Day with their girlfriends and any of these gifts would be perfect for them, too!

This year, I got Willa’s teacher this adorable Starbucks mug, filled it with Hershey kisses (that I had left over from the Valentine heart pretzels I made – see previous post), popped it down into a clear treat bag from Target and tied it with some cute ribbon.

When I taught, I spent lots of time grading papers and writing lessons, so I thought it would be appropriate to give some fun ballpoint pens, a planner, or a candle to burn and enjoy while doing so.

A water bottle was always a necessity for me to have when I worked, and even now at home. When I saw this rose gold aluminum one, I was all heart eyes!

And of course, you can’t go wrong with some festive attire. I know I personally would love to receive this scarf or heart necklace on Valentine’s Day!

I hope you are able to use this to find someone special a surprise on Valentine’s Day. Let me know in the comments below which gift you’d like to receive best!
